When the surgeon calls for ICG, Zyogreen is simpler, faster and safer.

Say goodbye to the reconstitution workflow. Just open the ampule, draw and administer.
Please refer to package insert for detailed information regarding proper administration technique.
In fluorescence-guided surgery, the time between a surgeon’s request and ICG readiness is time the team is waiting.
Ready-to-use presentations are produced at scale, under strict quality conditions, with standardized concentration in every ampule.
Standardized 2.5 mg/mL concentration, manufactured under strict GMP conditions in a single-dose ampule.
Ready-to-use presentations have been associated with fewer prep and administration errors.2
A sealed, ready-to-use ampule removes the vial-to-vial transfer steps where contaminants can be introduced during preparation.
Zyogreen is indicated for fluorescence imaging of vessels, blood flow, and tissue perfusion; fluorescence imaging of extrahepatic biliary ducts; lymphatic mapping in cervical and uterine cancer; and ophthalmic angiography, in the populations specified in the full Prescribing Information.
Zyogreen is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to indocyanine green.
Hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, have been reported with indocyanine green. Monitor patients for hypersensitivity and have emergency equipment and trained personnel readily available.
The most common adverse reactions reported with indocyanine green products include hypersensitivity reactions. See full Prescribing Information for complete safety information.
